Do You See What I See?

Edit 5/19/2013: Spent some time reworking this piece to make it nicer for my portfolio. I've definitely learned a lot since I originally painted it in 2011, and I think this piece now better reflects my current style.

This was my Christmas card for 2011. It was inspired by one of my favorite Christmas songs, "Do You Hear What I Hear?" I would love to illustrate this entire song someday.

This was my third digital piece and the first one with a real background. I got it printed through Vista Print and was very pleased with the quality of the final cards. I will definitely do this again for 2012, but I will be starting much earlier.
